The restaurant Les Caselle is, like the hotel, rooted in the region, generous and daring.
Built essentially around the best local products, the seasonal menus are written in collaboration between our chef and the producers.
The hotel E Caselle is in the heart of rich soil, a few kilometres from the orchards and market gardens of Aleria, the livestock farms of central Corsica, but also the ponds where the very famous mussels and oysters of Corsica are bred.
It is quite natural that, according to the seasonality of all these products, they are declined according to Mediterranean recipes by our Chef, Bruno.
Whether on the shaded terrace around the pool or inside around the huge fucone, the friendly and generous service will also offer you a list of Corsican wines, selected by the owner, author of a thesis on the ever surprising and increasingly recognized quality Corsican vineyards.
The restaurant opens every evening and only at lunchtime during the summer.
